'Communicate and Circulate,' an exhibition of zines curated by Good Press, will feature a new collection of pictures by Malcy Duff. The zine 'Orange Diluting' contains 10 new pieces created from the remains of the exhibition 'Diluting Orange.' The show will run from November 10th - December 11th 2011 at Mono in Glasgow. A comic and zine exhibtion at Belfast's Catalyst Arts will feature a selection Malcy Duff's work from 2007 - 2011. The show runs from 15th April - 7th May. Duff will be performing 'The Simpsons' on May 5th live in the space, and also hosting a workshop on May 7th. For more details go here.

Not One For Knocking On 2, an exhibition curated by Oliver East, will run from Feb 19th - 26th, at Rogue Artists' Studios and Project Space in Manchester. The show features Derik Badman, Malcy Duff, John Porcellino and Frank Santoro. Launch night is this Friday (18th) from 6pm - 9pm, and attendees will receive a free book featuring work by all the artists in the show.

A night of instant cinema, improvised sound, and agri - culture shenanigans. Not to be missed.

Naval Cassidy has been an instant cinema and sound performer for over eighteen years. Working solo, or in collaboration with Micheal Evans, Valued Customer and The Hands of Orlak, he has been a consistent presence in New York’s video performance scene. Naval pulls delirious visions out of discarded broken objects, as they are caught under the watchful eyes of his surveillance cameras. His work has been screened all over the States and Europe, and he enjoys nothing more than to visit other cities and countries, and play for the locals.

Usurper is Ali Robertson and Malcy Duff. Together they have been making sound from dismantled instruments and household junk for almost 7 years. They have played all over Britain, America, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Holland and France, and have just recorded their second LP which is due out early next year.

The District Nurse is artist Edward Summerton. His work has been exhibited worldwide, has released books of poetry and artwork, sticks of ACDC rock, and in 2009 was invited to design official stamps for the Summer Isles post office. This year Summerton has co-curated the touring exhibition 'Prints of Darkness' and has also supplied the artwork for the recent Alasdair Roberts album 'Too Long In This Condition.' The District Nurse will be scaring the birds in the audience with his battery operated palindrome performance of Mega Stress. Performance includes contemplative agri-culture video projections.

is a Baltimore-basedcomposer and musician who has received international recognition as aninnovator of the pedal steel guitar, an instrument whose sound is commonlyassociated with country and western music. Alcorn has absorbed the technique ofC&W pedal steel playing and refined it to a virtuosic level. Her originalmusic reveals the influence of free jazz, avant-garde classical music, Indianragas, Indigenous traditions, and other musics of the world. The ManchesterGuardian describes her music as “beautiful, glassy and liquid, however far shestrays from pulse and conventional harmony.”

Recent performancesinclude the Musique Action festival in Nancy, France, Leipzig JazzTage inGermany as a part of the Chris Cutler Project, critically acclaimedperformances at the London Musicians Collective’s Festival of ExperimentalMusic, and performances at the High Zero Festival in Baltimore, BirminghamImprov Festival, and the No Idea Festival in Austin, Texas.
